Phase I (Intro to Poker Course) - Free
Phase II (38 lectures-lessons, articles, powerpoint presentations, videos and more) - only $10
Private Lessons
Lessons run a minimum of one hour in duration, they may run over when the instructor has not finished a particular learning point, however the client is not charged for the additional time. Clients may request two-hour blocks of training (if time is available) to train in long running tournaments, or if a longer training session better fits their personal schedule.
Individual lessons are conducted with the use of www.skype.com or Yahoo.com which are a free telephone system available online (you will need to purchase an inexpensive microphone if you do not have one), or by regular telephone. Note: The client will be calling the instructor; so having “free” minutes on your cell plan will reduce your costs.
Aside from the ease of use and no costs associated with using Yahoo Messenger or Skype, being able to be hands free (no phone to hold) is of great help and is the preferred method of communicating with the client. This also allows the student and the instructor the ability to make written notes or type notes into a note-taking device online.
Lessons are available by appointment only. Use Paypal service to prepay your lessons. Lesson are priced at $100 for each session.. Clients are encouraged to book several future lessons to ensure the time between sessions is two weeks or less. A 96-hour (4 day) cancellation notification policy is available so we may reschedule other clients into a vacated time slot.
Clients can request any “specialized” training they desire or can start with an instructor who after a brief interview with the player will suggest an instructional “plan of attack” that suits the individual. That may include all or part of, and not limited to the following aspects of building a solid poker playing foundation.:
-
Table selection
-
Table awareness
-
Betting patterns
-
Position
-
Value betting
-
Stealing
